Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and sales floor activity, ensuring an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards.
- Coach, develop and schedule sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain shop-ready presentation, stock levels and replenishment processes.
- Drive clienteling strategies and VIP servicing to build long-term relationships and maximize repeat business.
- Support inventory control and loss-prevention protocols, including receiving, cycle counts and exception reporting.
- Compile and analyze sales and traffic data to inform staffing, merchandising and promotional decisions.
- Act as shift manager in the absence of senior management and execute company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to sales targets.
- Strong retail math skills and experience using POS systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and client-facing etiquette appropriate for luxury clientele.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Typically requires 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within a luxury or premium retail environment; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing staff.
Education
