Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs and brand standards while maintaining exemplary client service in a luxury retail environment.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-floor training, performance feedback and career-development initiatives.
- Drive clienteling activities and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalised service.
- Oversee visual merchandising execution and ensure the store layout and displays reflect seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrink prevention procedures.
- Create and manage staff schedules, approve timekeeping, and ensure adequate coverage for peak trading periods and events.
- Support cash-handling, opening/closing procedures and compliance with loss-prevention and safety protocols.
- Compile and analyse daily and weekly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities and actionable coaching points.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and developing teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and elevate sales performance across the floor.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of delivering premium client experiences.
- Sound numeracy and experience producing basic sales and inventory reports.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading seasons.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically requires 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role within luxury or premium retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, merchandising or a related field preferred.
