Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards for service, merchandising and presentation.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive clienteling activities and cultivate high-value customer relationships to maximise lifetime value and retention.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes to maintain visual integrity and availability.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation with strict loss-prevention discipline.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and local merchandising initiatives to optimise sell-through.
- Support weekly and monthly sales reporting, communicate performance insights and execute corrective action plans.
- Act as brand ambassador on the shop floor, resolving customer escalations and ensuring an elevated client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude and ability to handle escalated client situations professionally.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least two years in a supervisory or lead role within luxury, premium or specialty retail, with demonstrable results in team development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
