Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York: lead store operations, coach teams and drive sales for the Coach retail store in New York.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and assist store management with opening/closing, scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive coaching, performance management and execution of KPI-focused initiatives.
  • Deliver exemplary client experience by developing and implementing clienteling strategies, maintaining high standards of service and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-floor training, product knowledge sessions and performance feedback.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom reflect brand presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention processes, including reconciliation, stock counts and secure handling of merchandise.
  • Prepare and submit routine sales and operational reports; escalate trends and opportunities to store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with experience coaching front-line staff.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
