Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while upholding luxury service standards.
  • Coach, mentor and deliver on-the-floor training to elevate clienteling, sales technique and product knowledge.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and Point of Sale transactions.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure presentation standards are maintained to brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and reconciliation to minimize shrink.
  • Drive customer retention through proactive client outreach, follow-up and personalised service.
  • Enforce loss-prevention measures, health & safety and corporate compliance policies.
  • Support the Store Manager with schedule planning, performance feedback and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
