Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, setting targets and monitoring KPI attainment.
  • Deliver exemplary clienteling and customer service consistent with luxury retail standards, resolving complex client issues as needed.
  • Train, mentor and develop associates in selling techniques, product knowledge and merchandising standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock control, cycle counts and investigation of shrinkage.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, and partner with store management on scheduling and workforce optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and proven ability to manage cash handling and inventory controls.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods; legally authorised to work in the hiring country.

Experience
