Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, setting targets and monitoring KPI attainment.
- Deliver exemplary clienteling and customer service consistent with luxury retail standards, resolving complex client issues as needed.
- Train, mentor and develop associates in selling techniques, product knowledge and merchandising standards.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock control, cycle counts and investigation of shrinkage.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, and partner with store management on scheduling and workforce optimisation.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proven ability to manage cash handling and inventory controls.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods; legally authorised to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 12 months in a supervisory, lead or assistant managerial capacity within premium, contemporary or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, retail management, hospitality or fashion is preferred.
