Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through ongoing feedback, training and performance reviews.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalized service to high-value customers; manage escalated customer situations.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory control.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock presentation align with Coach brand directives and promotional calendars.
- Support loss-prevention initiatives and maintain compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare and maintain team schedules in partnership with management to optimize coverage during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and coach teams to meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished client-facing manner and aptitude for relationship-building.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment and ability to perform physical requirements of retail (standing, visual merchandising, occasional lifting).

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales goals and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion or retail management preferred.
