Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through proactive clienteling, personalised service and relationship development.
  • Oversee floor merchandising standards and ensure visual presentation aligns with brand directives and promotional plans.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Support scheduling, attendance management and performance feedback; act as point-of-contact for HR and operations escalation.
  • Drive sell-through of key assortments and promotions by executing targeted selling initiatives and staff training.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with experience coaching a frontline sales team.
  • Professional presentation and high standards for client service.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applying in the U.S. market).

Experience
