Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach the in-store sales team to achieve and surpass sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Deliver exemplary clienteling and personalized service; cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
- Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, daily sales reporting and short-term planning to optimise store performance.
- Drive staff training and development through on-the-floor coaching, product education and performance feedback.
- Manage customer escalations professionally and liaise with corporate teams as required to resolve complex service issues.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with a demonstrable record of meeting sales objectives.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with the aptitude to develop sales talent and improve team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished client-facing presence.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Commitment to upholding brand visual and service standards; attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of progressively responsible retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role within luxury or premium fashion environments; proven success driving sales and developing store-level talent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
