Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of opening, closing and cash-handling procedures.
- Coach, mentor and schedule sales associates to maximise individual and team sales performance against KPIs.
- Drive exceptional clienteling and personalized service to cultivate repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and in-store product presentation to reflect brand aesthetics and promotional cadence.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices in partnership with store management.
- Implement promotional strategies and staff incentives to achieve seasonal sales targets and margin objectives.
- Resolve complex client concerns and escalate operational issues to store management as required.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to elevate product knowledge and selling techniques across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion brands.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with a history of executing personalized clienteling strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to retail operational detail (cash handling, inventory control).
- Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion or retail management preferred.
