Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and supervise sales floor activities to ensure premium client service and smooth execution of merchandising standards.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and goal-setting to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Drive sales performance by executing clienteling strategies, managing appointments, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, visual merchandising presentation and loss-prevention protocols in collaboration with store management.
- Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, payroll accuracy, administrative tasks and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in clienteling and building repeat clientele.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; ability to direct a diverse team and resolve escalated client situations.
- Solid organizational aptitude with attention to merchandising standards, inventory control and store presentation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years in retail sales within a luxury or premium brand, including demonstrated supervisory or lead responsibilities and hands-on experience driving KPIs and coaching sales teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
