Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-floor training, performance feedback and regular coaching conversations.
  • Deliver exemplary client experiences through proactive clienteling, relationship management and follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management and point-of-sale reconciliation.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory controls, stock replenishment and cycle counts; support loss-prevention initiatives and maintain compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and regional leadership on workforce scheduling, staffing needs and ad-hoc project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong customer-facing aptitude with an emphasis on clienteling and personalised service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence a diverse team.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
