Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining brand service standards.
  • Coach, develop and provide real-time feedback to associates; conduct onboarding and training to reinforce clienteling and product knowledge.
  • Deliver exemplary client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalized service and follow-up to drive retention and conversion.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure adherence to brand directives and seasonal floor sets.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions and daily reconciliation in accordance with company policy.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols; investigate and escalate discrepancies.
  • Act as the store manager’s deputy, handling customer escalations, shift scheduling and operational decision-making as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in luxury, premium or high-volume retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading a team to commercial objectives.
  • Demonstrable expertise in clienteling, visual merchandising and luxury product presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop sales talent and sustain team engagement.
  • High level of integrity and familiarity with cash handling procedures, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.

Experience
