Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure adherence to Coach visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Drive sales performance through proactive clienteling, floor engagement and execution of promotional initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team targets; conduct on-floor training and performance feedback.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic administrative reporting.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store management to analyse KPIs, implement action plans and optimise customer conversion.
- Ensure exceptional client experience by resolving escalated customer enquiries and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline sales teams to consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales KPIs to drive performance.
- Reliable, flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance consistent with brand standards.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role, ideally within a luxury or premium retail brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in retail management, fashion merchandising or a related field is preferred.
