Coach in Natick, MA seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead sales floor performance and coach teams for exceptional customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through consistent customer interactions and merchandising standards.
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational compliance of store procedures and policies.
  • Analyze sales performance and trends; recommend and execute actions to improve store KPIs and overall business results.
  • Recruit, interview and contribute to performance evaluations; deliver high‑level training, coaching and individualized development plans for team members.
  • Hold the team accountable for individual and business goals, providing corrective feedback and support to improve performance.
  • Champion a customer‑centric culture by mentoring the team on clienteling strategies and building long‑term customer relationships.
  • Provide HR and conflict‑resolution support district‑wide in the absence of senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into team actions to drive KPIs.
  • Proven experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail sales teams.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
