Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Natick, Massachusetts. Lead store teams to drive sales, coach employees and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Drive team performance through coaching, individual development plans, feedback, and accountability for KPIs.
- Analyze sales data and trends to recommend actions that enhance store performance and customer retention.
- Support full store operations including recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as required.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure team compliance with corporate policies and store operational procedures.
- Mentor staff on clienteling strategies to cultivate long‑term customer relationships and lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold a retail sales team accountable for individual and store goals.
- Comfortable analyzing sales metrics and translating insight into action plans.
- Capable of performing physical tasks required for retail operations: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver stockroom and sales floor.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
