Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Nashville, TN — full-time retail leadership at Coach/Tapestry with hourly pay $17–$27.75.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through daily operations and client interactions.
- Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and store KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to drive store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support high-level training; provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance management to develop the team.
- Create and sustain a customer-centric culture; mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and champion company resources that promote a healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven capability to meet sales targets and drive measurable team performance through coaching and KPI management.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in coaching, conflict resolution and building high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated alignment with core competencies: courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy and learning agility.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory-level experience in a competitive retail setting, demonstrating leadership on the sales floor, team development, and consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in retail, business, or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
