Coach seeks a part-time Lead Supervisor in Myrtle Beach, SC to lead sales, coach teams, and deliver elevated client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness among customers and teams.
- Drive store performance by monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve KPIs.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth daily store operations, including compliance with policies and procedures.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and provide high-level training and performance evaluations for store staff as needed.
- Coach and mentor team members on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and enhance lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; deliver actionable feedback to improve individual performance.
- Manage physical merchandising tasks and assist with stockroom operations, including lifting and moving merchandise and fixtures when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent supervisory experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales metrics and translate insight into actionable plans to meet store KPIs.
- Proven people-management skills including coaching, development, performance management, and recruitment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for retail operations: lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to resolve conflict and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Experience
At least one year of equivalent experience supervising sales operations in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management or business is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA, with easy access to Charleston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
