Coach in Monroe, OH seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and increasing brand awareness through clienteling and customer service excellence.
  • Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, propose actions to improve performance and execute forward-planned strategies.
  • Recruit, interview, coach and develop retail staff; deliver training, provide performance feedback and hold team members accountable for goals.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution for store-level and district matters in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Support merchandising and stockroom operations, including physical handling of product, fixtures and displays as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams, including recruiting, coaching, performance evaluation and delivering training.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales data and KPIs to drive results and execute store strategies.
  • Ability to provide HR-related support and resolve interpersonal conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of experience supervising or leading within a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level, with responsibility for sales performance and team development.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
