Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through service and presentation.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and coach the sales team through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training to improve individual and store performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store KPIs and customer experience.
- Promote a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach, give actionable feedback, and hold team members accountable to achieve individual and business goals.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience executing strategic plans to meet sales KPIs.
- Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, reach, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, with a track record of driving sales, coaching teams, and executing store-level initiatives.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
