Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Maintain growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaborative environment within store to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and store operational procedures
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences
  • Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures
