Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Miami, Florida — lead sales, coach teams and drive KPIs at Dolphin Mall with pay $17.00–$27.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets, drive KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through daily interactions and store initiatives.
- Coach, develop and mentor store team members; provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations and support individualized development plans.
- Analyze sales data and trends, recommend tactical adjustments to improve store performance and implement strategies to reach business goals.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of store staff and ensure team compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by mentoring the team on clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and champion the use of company resources to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory handling and occasional physical tasks (lifting/moving product, fixtures, and props).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisory level.
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet sales targets and KPIs; experience with recruiting and performance management.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks regularly: lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, kneel, climb and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Demonstrated interpersonal savvy, conflict-resolution skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive team culture.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a competitive retail environment, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience coaching frontline staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
