Coach Lead Supervisor in McLean, Virginia — manage retail operations, lead sales team, and drive customer experience at luxury fashion retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the store business
  • Establishes trust, maintains integrity, and supports an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implements individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Supports store recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds team accountable for business goals
  • Adheres to and enforces team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
  • Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Demonstrated ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
