Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible, motivational leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Coach, ensuring consistent brand presentation and executing company initiatives and operational standards.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions and optimise store performance.
- Recruit, interview and onboard store-level talent; provide coaching, conduct performance evaluations and deliver targeted development plans.
- Drive clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric selling.
- Enforce company policies, store operational procedures and compliance standards; support HR and conflict-resolution needs in absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor or comparable level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and hold a retail sales team accountable to individual and store goals.
- Strong business acumen with experience using sales data to drive decision-making and achieve KPIs.
- Ability to perform physical duties of the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Authoritative, professional presence with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with proven results in meeting sales targets, developing retail teams and executing store-level initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
