Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness through service and presentation.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations across merchandising, visual standards and daily procedures.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Coach, develop and performance-manage the retail team; support recruiting, interviewing and high-level training as required.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment; enforce company policies and store operational procedures.
- Support HR matters and conflict resolution within the store and district in the absence of store leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members and hold individuals accountable to goals and standards.
- Comfort with physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving merchandise and fixtures (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience within a competitive retail environment, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail leadership training or vocational qualifications preferred.
