Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver consistently exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary conduct and product knowledge.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations in alignment with company procedures and KPIs.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to produce actionable recommendations that enhance store performance and customer experience.
  • Recruit, interview and onboard new team members; deliver coaching, high-level training and performance evaluations.
  • Drive team development through individualized coaching, feedback and accountability to meet individual and store objectives.
  • Champion clienteling strategies to foster long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric practices.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisory level.
  • Demonstrable leadership capability with experience delivering against store KPIs and executing sales-driving initiatives.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Experience
