Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver consistently exceptional customer service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary conduct and product knowledge.
- Implement corporate initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations in alignment with company procedures and KPIs.
- Analyse sales data and trends to produce actionable recommendations that enhance store performance and customer experience.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new team members; deliver coaching, high-level training and performance evaluations.
- Drive team development through individualized coaching, feedback and accountability to meet individual and store objectives.
- Champion clienteling strategies to foster long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric practices.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisory level.
- Demonstrable leadership capability with experience delivering against store KPIs and executing sales-driving initiatives.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with proven experience in achieving sales targets, coaching teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail management training is desirable.
