Coach seeks Lead Supervisor in Lubbock, Texas. Part-time retail leadership role with $16–$24.75/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhanced store performance
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and team training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance while holding team accountable for achieving business goals and KPIs
- Adhere to and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or similar supervisory role
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong business acumen and experience with sales data analysis
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Lead Supervisor or equivalent supervisory position within competitive retail environments, with demonstrated success in sales achievement, team leadership, and customer service delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certifications preferred.

This position is based in Lubbock, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
