Coach in Los Angeles (Beverly Center) seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and increasing customer and community awareness.
- Implement company initiatives and support full store operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments to improve store performance and KPIs.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training, provide ongoing coaching and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment by establishing trust, delivering constructive feedback and holding team members accountable.
- Coach the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and maximize lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and escalate issues appropriately.
- Manage physical merchandising tasks and assist with stockroom activities, including lifting and moving product and fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance, analyze KPIs and translate insight into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing and coaching retail teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience resolving employee relations matters and fostering inclusive team dynamics.
- Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience within a competitive retail or luxury apparel/leather goods environment, with a track record of developing teams and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational retail management training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
