Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruits, interviews, and conducts performance evaluations of team members
- Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Establishes trust, maintains integrity, and promotes a fair, positive, and inclusive culture within the team
- Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Creates a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategy
- Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in the absence of leadership
- Adheres to and enforces team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
Qualifications
- One or more years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, and strong customer focus
- Exhibits drive for results and interpersonal savvy
- Shows learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrates strategic agility and capability in developing direct reports
- Strong ability to build effective teams and foster collaborative environments
