Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Lincoln City, OR to lead the sales floor, coach teams, and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Coach values and increasing brand awareness through customer interactions and visual standards.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including adherence to policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and trends, provide actionable recommendations to improve store performance and customer experience.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through performance evaluations, targeted feedback and training.
- Support recruiting and interviewing efforts; participate in hiring and onboarding of new sales staff.
- Drive clienteling strategy and mentor the team to cultivate long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources that promote a healthy work environment.
- Manage physical store tasks including stockroom organization, merchandise handling and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisory level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, deliver coaching and drive measurable sales results.
- Proven business acumen with experience using sales metrics to shape priorities and strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution and employee development.
- Capability to perform physical tasks required in-store: regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of lead supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certificate in business, retail management or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Lincoln City, Oregon, USA, with easy access to Portland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
