Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive team culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase customer experience outcomes
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive staff training as needed
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels
  • Hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as store operational procedures
  • Create customer-centric strategies for both internal and external partners
  • Mentor team members on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in a competitive retail sales environment at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales and team leadership within luxury retail
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to execute retail strategies

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
