Coach (Leesburg, VA) is hiring a Lead Supervisor to lead the sales floor, develop teams and drive store performance at Leesburg Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, exemplifying Coach values and advancing brand awareness through clienteling and in-store execution.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new hires; provide coaching, training and ongoing performance feedback to develop team capabilities.
- Create and sustain a customer-centric culture; mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of store leadership and champion resources that support a healthy work environment.
- Manage physical store tasks as required, including stockroom organization, merchandising and occasional manual handling of product and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable plans to meet KPIs.
- Demonstrated coaching, team development and performance-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution and clienteling abilities.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting, including responsibility for driving sales, coaching staff, managing KPIs and supporting recruiting and training activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management coursework or certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
