Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness across the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while supporting an environment of collaboration to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Embody Coach competencies including courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and learning on the fly
- Demonstrate people management competencies including strategic agility, developing direct reports, and building effective teams

1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a supervisory level or higher

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
