Coach seeks Lead Supervisor in Laval, Quebec. Oversee retail operations, lead teams, and drive results in this supervisory role at Carrefour Laval.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail floor operations and staff performance
- Develop direct reports through constructive feedback, coaching, and meaningful developmental opportunities
- Build and maintain effective team dynamics with emphasis on morale and inclusivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand experience alignment
- Manage stockroom and visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales performance and achievement of store targets
- Execute strategic agility in anticipating market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail or hospitality

- Physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver retail and stockroom spaces

Experience
