Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Las Rozas, Spain to lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and develop retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience as a Brand Ambassador for Coach.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure full operational compliance across store activities and procedures.
- Drive store performance by monitoring and analysing sales data and KPIs, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Recruit, interview and support high-level training and development; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture based on trust and integrity; hold the team accountable for achieving individual and business goals.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and enhance lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict-resolution guidance to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to meet sales and operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience analysing sales data and implementing performance-driven strategies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, with a track record of driving sales, coaching frontline staff and executing store-level initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.

This position is based in Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain, within easy reach of Madrid.
