Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district leadership in absence of management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration
- Strong business acumen and ability to execute forward-planned strategies
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years in a lead supervisor or equivalent management role within competitive retail environments, demonstrating strong sales leadership and team management capabilities.
