Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness among customers and team members
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusivity within the store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and performance
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational requirements
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a retail team
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency with sales data analysis and performance metrics

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management experience or certification preferred.
