Lead Supervisor at Coach in Kittery, Maine – Retail management role overseeing sales floor operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and drive brand awareness within the store community
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational requirements
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop recommendations for enhanced store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve departmental goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and training activities
  • Mentor team members on clienteling strategy and customer-centric practices to build long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail environments at a lead supervisor level or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry minimum 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and customer relationship management
  • Strong business acumen and forward-planning capability
