Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through ambassador presence
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance on all levels and hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership team
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures and store operational procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to execute strategies
