Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within the store
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of Company policies and procedures
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and sales acumen
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal and conflict resolution capabilities

Experience
