Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and increase brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and store operational procedures to ensure smooth, compliant business operations.
- Analyze sales data and trends, recommend actions to improve store performance, and execute strategies to meet store KPIs.
- Recruit, interview, train, evaluate performance, and develop team members; deliver coaching and feedback to improve individual and team results.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build and sustain long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric service.
- Support HR and conflict resolution across the store and district in the absence of senior leadership; enforce company policies and a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with visual and operational tasks, including occasional handling and moving of merchandise, cartons and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
- Strong business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insight into actionable plans.
- Comfort with physical demands of retail: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of lead-level supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
