Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and store operational procedures to ensure smooth, compliant business operations.
  • Analyze sales data and trends, recommend actions to improve store performance, and execute strategies to meet store KPIs.
  • Recruit, interview, train, evaluate performance, and develop team members; deliver coaching and feedback to improve individual and team results.
  • Champion clienteling strategies to build and sustain long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric service.
  • Support HR and conflict resolution across the store and district in the absence of senior leadership; enforce company policies and a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with visual and operational tasks, including occasional handling and moving of merchandise, cartons and fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
  • Strong business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insight into actionable plans.
  • Comfort with physical demands of retail: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Experience
