Coach Lead Supervisor II - New York | Drive sales & manage retail operations at our Hudson Yards flagship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a commanding leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary conduct
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support comprehensive operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for enhancing store performance
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and train team members; provide performance feedback and coaching to develop talent
- Execute forward-planned strategies and drive accountability for achieving individual and store-level KPIs
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment built on trust and integrity whilst maintaining team compliance with company policies
- Develop and mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team members and district colleagues in the absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources and initiatives to support a healthy, positive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent supervisory or lead experience managing competitive retail environments
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom with flexibility and physical agility
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
- Experience with sales analytics, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity in the workplace

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at the lead supervisor level, with demonstrated ability to manage store operations, drive sales performance, and develop team members.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; further retail management certification or business education preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
