Coach in New York, NY is hiring a Lead Supervisor II to lead store operations, drive sales and coach the retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs and merchandising standards.
  • Coach, develop and schedule the sales team to maximise performance, conversion and client retention.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through active selling, relationship building and problem resolution.
  • Oversee floor operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage cash handling, point-of-sale processes and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support store leadership with hiring, performance reviews and executing brand initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium fashion (typically 2–5 years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising standards, inventory management and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring location.

Experience
