Role & Responsibilities

- Drive achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive floor management and targeted coaching.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliation while maintaining loss prevention and compliance protocols.
- Oversee inventory control activities including replenishment, stock accuracy, transfers and cycle counts to minimise shrink.
- Collaborate with store management on workforce planning, scheduling and payroll administration to optimise coverage and labour efficiency.
- Support merchandising execution and seasonal floor moves to maintain visual standards and product availability.
- Address client escalations tactfully, preserving the Coach brand experience and strengthening client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within leather goods, accessories or fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills with experience in cash handling and basic financial controls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of representing the brand to discerning clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with capability to work retail hours.
