Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serves as a Coach Brand Ambassador embodying company values and increasing brand awareness
  • Establishes trust and supports an environment of collaboration within the store to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong business acumen
  • Strong customer service orientation and sales execution
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and identifying performance trends
  • Experience with team recruitment, training, and performance management
