Lead Supervisor II at Coach (Miami, Florida) – retail leadership role overseeing sales floor operations, team development, and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increase brand awareness across the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Support store operations with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong business acumen and execution capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with sales data analysis and trend identification

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
