Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through team example and customer interactions.
  • Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including merchandise handling and stockroom management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend tactics to improve store performance and meet KPIs.
  • Recruit, interview, train, evaluate performance, and develop individualized coaching plans to elevate team capability and accountability.
  • Create and sustain a customer-centric culture; mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership and enforce compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Support visual and operational standards, including occasional lifting and moving of product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and coach teams to meet KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting, interviewing, performance management and delivering training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict and foster an inclusive team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to bend, reach, climb and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
