Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Lead Supervisor I - Warehouse in Central Valley, NY to lead team performance, operations and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor and/or warehouse environment to achieve store and operational KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness across internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational execution of store/warehouse procedures and compliance with corporate policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, interview, onboard and deliver high‑level training; coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
- Support HR activities and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; escalate issues appropriately and champion company resources that foster a healthy work environment.
- Mentor the team on clienteling and customer‑centric strategies to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Perform physical duties as required, including moving product, cartons, props or fixtures and maintaining the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail or operational environment at the lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams, including recruiting, training, and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch and regularly lift and carry at least 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); comfortable climbing, kneeling and maneuvering in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of executing strategies to meet KPIs and drive results.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and apply company competencies (courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy).

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail or operational setting, with demonstrated results in team leadership, sales performance and operational compliance.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
