Coach Lead Supervisor I – Uncasville, CT. Retail leadership role overseeing sales operations, team management, and customer experience at luxury fashion retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness amongst staff and customers
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance on all levels
- Hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies and store operational procedures
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments at a Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
- Demonstrated excellence in retail operations and customer service
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
- Experience with team recruitment, training, and performance management

Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the Lead Supervisor level, demonstrating strong sales floor leadership, team development capability, and ability to achieve performance targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail management certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
